Central Emphasis: How do we stay strong (healthy) in a world gone wrong? Be good STEWARD of your body. It is the temple of the Holy Spirit.

  • 1. BE A GOOD “TEMPLE”
    Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were brought at a price. (1 Corinthians 6:19-20)
    • Temple of God, Gift from God, Owned by God
    • Honor God with your body.
  • 2. BE A GOOD CARETAKER
    … present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. (Romans 12:2 NKV)
    • 1. CLEAN UP YOUR PANTRY
              REMOVE: High fructose corn syrup
              REMOVE: Trans fats/hydrogenated fats
              REMOVE: MSG
    • 2. CONSUME  UP HEALTHY FOOD

      • What to eat? (REAL FOOD)
      • HOW TO EAT HEALTHILY?
        • Start your day with protein
        • Eat at regular intervals
        • Don’t drink LIQUID SUGAR CALORIES
