- BALIKTANAW: 1999-2011
- 1999: Dr. Armando M. Canoy was called to pastor UBC. He is the youngest pastor to have assumed the ministry of senior pastorate. UBC became accredited PBTS-SEE center in Metro Manila.
- 2002: Six-year Development Plan was laid out.
- 2007: UBC –YLSC Lagro started with Pstr. Emamanuel “Bong” Garvez” as the lead pastor. (Rodarios, Caluras, Pastorals, Buenaventuras, Alcantaras); Pstr. Marvin Gibson (YLSC).
- 2008: Layman’s Annual Ministry Preaching (LAMP) was inaugurated . 1st batch (Jun, Albin, Willy, Peter)
- 2009: UBC –YLSC Sto. Tomas was started with Rose Amarillo (YLSC) as minister in-charge; Pstr. Rei Dela Torre was the first pastor the church. The lot was provided by the family of Engr. Rodel and Myrna Cortez. Ms. Wing Flores, YLSC-Manila
- 2010: UBC-YLSC Binagonan, Rizal, was started with Josie Villela as the lead minister. The center was a gift by mother-son tandem of Gloria and Wayne Unson.
- 2011: UBC Working Vision and Mission statements were reviewed.

Because Paul was careful on WARNING signals (DANGERS, HARDSHIPS, & TEARS),
he was able to write:- 1st Corinthians in Ephesus
- 2nd Corinthians from Macedonia
- Romans from Corinth

- Because Paul was careful on WARNING signals (DANGERS, HARDSHIPS, & TEARS), Paul & his students were able to witness in Asia
